Bobbie Boehler is an amazing agent!

We were new to the selling process, and the new house building process; she met with us early, walked through it patiently with us, and never pressured us. We reached back out to her a few months later, and was ready and willing to engage.

When we began the process, Bobbie patiently walked us through every step. She gave us advice, recommendations, and insight into best practices for selling (and building a new house!).

Bobbie is an incredible communicator, and was always reaching out to us, keeping us updated, and available to us via email, phone, or text at all hours and all days of the week. My wife and I were instantly comfortable talking openly, and honestly, with Bobbie about all aspects of our transactions. Bobbie was also a great negotiator, mediator, and advocate for us when dealing with both the buyers, and our upcoming builder.
